a) Logging Rushes/EDL 

The EDL (edit decision list) is a way of writing down timecodes of the good shots and signing them off in the edit. It's a way of reviewing the footage.

b) Review off line edit means 

That means writing notes on a sheet of what the good shots are and what needs work, what have you changed within your edit going from rough cut to final cut. 

c) Applying appropriate visual effects and transition

You need yo take screen grabs of any transitions you used as well as any colour correction and/or visual effects. Now LABEL and ANNOTATE to show how you made the effect work.  

d) Linking audio to visuals and applying audio effects

1) Make sure the visuals and audio link properly, eg lip sync is matching the visuals or cuts are on the drum beat

2) Take a screen shot of parts of the time line that shows how you linked up audio and video tracks (markers or wave forms).Now LABEL and ANNOTATE to show how you
